There can be a number of reasons for the above: -Faulty bar codes on the media -Slot mislalignment meaning the bar code reader is unable to read the bar code -Old bar codes with slightly peeling corn

Hi, I was able to fix this problem. I'm still not sure why the labels were defective, but I replaced them with new ones and made sure they had the checksum bit in the barcode. Things are working as e
