There is no per-client bandwidth limit, but you can limit the number of sessions. You can limit on each client, and/or each group. You can also control the server parallelism as well. I don't know th

Can't answer the throttling issue, per se, but, we have noticed that NetWorker does not like auto-negotiate on the NIC card, it needs to be set to full duplex on whatever the speed of your network is
