It seems your jukebox does not provide the expected answers regarding serial numbers. At 7.2.1 if you use auto detected devices Networker expects that this information will be provided. You can howev

Hi Lars, No, problem with high ID. please, verify that your library has set as random or no sequently mode over LCD display. Together with this verify set of "TUR Reporting" in Special Configuration
