Look at the whole backup cycle (full to full) - it is one month. For a whole recovery - especially the one of a db, only all data from the whole cycle makes sense. This is why NW actually overrules y

Thanks for your reply bingo, it's about as clear as mud ! If you have weekend 1, 2 3 and 4 each of which does a full backup (retention 1 month), I don't understand why the incrementals in between tho
