- You could use a program that "watches" the daemon.log file for "tape is full" messages and then executes a nsrjb -w on the full volume. For example, I use SWATCH (Simple WATCHer) to monitor the daemo

- You can set autoeject on Media -> Jukeboxes -> view -> details and then scroll down to autoeject. I'm not sure that autoeject is a good idea since it might lead to certain drives being more used than
