(score: 1): Author: dan <dandenson AT gmail DOT com>; Date: Mon, 28 Apr 2008 21:01:05 -0600; I suppose, you need some kind of dynamic DNS setup so when the SSH-tunnel is established, the dynamic IP get's registered in DNS and BackupPC (and ssh) can resolv a fixed host name. I wouldn't like being dependent on their central servers, proprietary client etc. Better use OpenVPN and get that one OpenVPN port through the firewall.
