Hello all, for backing up Win* machines I use vss snapshots as in this description: http://www.goodjobsucking.com/?p=62 When trying to restore some files/directories using method 1, the restore fails

I use the $Conf{DumpPreUserCmd} to run a script on my windows client which will start the rsync daemon if it is not running. It is nearly the same as you do before "dump" during your "preusercmd.sh"
