The symptoms sound exactly like what I am seeing but the dates don't correlate . The 7.1.7.300 package I upgraded the server to (from 7.1.7.000) is dated 06/20/2; /usr/local/webapp/mharc-adsm.org/html/ADSM-L/2017-07/msg00075.html (14,461 bytes)

When I check Passport, it says the release date is "07 April 2017". I was concerned it would mess up the installation even more than it already has. I will wait for 8.1.2 before upgrading any additional server.
