Steve - Planned data retention should use Archive, which is designed for that need. Trying to use Backup for preservation is cumbersome at best. Richard Sims

We have several units which have spent some time thinking they must do something like this. You might be able to improve this by setting up a distinct policy domain (or heck, even server instance).
