- Steve - Planned data retention should use Archive, which is designed for that need. Trying to use Backup for preservation is cumbersome at best. Richard Sims

- We have several units which have spent some time thinking they must do something like this. You might be able to improve this by setting up a distinct policy domain (or heck, even server instance).
