Hi! Ive tried the suggested approach by using lbtest. I get all the volumes and barcodes eg Slot 167 (address 166 FULL) abnormal_state = 0 accessible = 1 source_addr_flag = 0 source_elem_addr = 0 inv

We've seen something like this. It was a tape library microcode bug, not a TSM problem. It's still unresolved, though it only bites us about once a year. Still in a finger-pointing dispute with Quant
