- Seems to be a design issue. A quick Google search says you get this is you have changed the management class and already have SQL backups for this node. You can't switch MC's on existing backups. Did

- We switched mgmtc in February. At that point I renamed the existing filespaces and we went merrily on our way. No changes since then. RC45 is the code. Fred Johanson TSM Administrator University of C

- The first thing I looked at back in March when we did change mgmtc and retention. We haven't made any changes since. Select on hl_name||ll_name and date shows successful backups from schedule. Fred J

- Hi Fred, There must have been an adhoc backup or something else that reintroduced the management class/backup destination problem. You can remedy the situation as you did before, or call IBM support
