Windows Error on TSM 5.5

We've been upgrading some of our servers to 5.5 while TSM is still at 5.4. they've been getting the following errors. Anyone know what this is ?

This must be a show stopper. I have googled this and found it posted everywhere but no one seems to have an answer for it.

Are you backing up a Windows server (2000 or 2003?) or Novell server? The schedule says NETWARE.

Are you telling us that you are running TSM Client 5.5 on a Windows NT server?

If this is, this is not meant to be! The last known version that I know supporting Windows NT is 5.2.x

dsm.opt looks like this. No Client option settings. Yes the clients are 5.5, tSM server is 5.4

Hi,
your dsm.opt is not complete. You have posted just your inclusion/exclusion statements. Post the all the non commented lines.
 
Did you installed the OFS feature? Please post relevant dsmerror.log portion as well.
