What is the default pool with dsmc?

When a manual backup is run from the client, using dsmc, how does it know which pool to write the data to? Does it default to one?

What if the client isn't associated with any schedule defined on the server? Does having it associated with a schedule (or not) affect what dsmc does?

Also, is there a difference in what dsmc will do if the command is instead run on the server (specifying the client name or virtual node)?

the default pool is set in the copy pool wither it is a manual or scheduled ,and if this is TSM there no backup from the server except for NDMP nodes
