What happened to admin password expire

What will happen to the TSM administrator password expire, if we set the passexp=90 days?
After 90 days, that admin account is locked out or force to change to a new password?
If that admin did not log in from the day one the password is set, and log in on day 89, will his password reset to 90 days again automatically?

How do I have the admin to change their password every 90 days.

When they login, on or after day 90, they will be asked to enter in a new password. As for the login question, it goes from when set so at day 89 he would still have to reset on or after day 90 even if he had not logged in. Best to register an admin with FORCEPWRESET=YES then when he logs in the first time he resets it and the expire interval starts from that point onward.
