VSS Issue

Hi All,

I am getting the below error during my backup time and its getting failed

03/04/2010 21:35:16 ANS1512E Scheduled event 'BCK_TDC_DAILY_2015' failed. Return code = 12.
03/05/2010 21:05:51 ANS1228E Sending of object 'g:' failed
03/05/2010 21:05:51 ANS1349E An error occurred during Logical Volume Snapshot Agent snapshot processing.
03/05/2010 21:29:27 ANS9999E ntrc.cpp(931): Received Win32 RC 31 (0x0000001f) from CreateFile. Error desription: A device attached to the system is not functioning.
03/05/2010 21:29:27 ANS9999E ntrc.cpp(931): Received Win32 RC 31 (0x0000001f) from GetBackupStreamSize(): uc_CreateFile. Error desription: A device attached to the system is not functioning.


Please give me the solution for the above error.Thanks in advance.Your help much appreciated.
