i am really confused about TSM licensing part.

if i am running virtual Machines that needs to backed up or Multiple Virtual TSM Server.. how licensing will need to calculated on VM.

I've had the same problem and got the following anser:
TSM licensing is based on Processor-Cores.
You have to buy only the licence for the processors, independent from the number of VM. You can also backup all VMs on the server with the Processor-Core-License!!
