user home directory file restoration from webGUI

Is there a way to limit a user to some specific directory in the webGUI?

My setup :
User owns 1/more physical machine
Their home directory are stored on a NFS share
NFS also contains other data
NFS is backed up from a specific node (lets call it nfsbackup)

What I would like to do is to have each user be able to log to nfsbackup through the webgui and be able to restore their home directory only, and only that. I don't want each user have an instance of tsm client.

For now, I have a tsm user with client access to nfsbackup, but that user can restore any files stored on that server or on the nfs, which isn't good.

Is there any way to do that without having each user back up their own file?
