Urgent! Fastback For Exchange restore problem.

I try to restore the Exchange DB, and i have to open the edb file. When the Mailboxes open, I can see many user account, but most account can not see the mailbox file. The file name is show ??? and open the file is nothing inside here. Another account everything is normal.
Is it Exchange Data Base problem?
Or need something to config?
