Upgrading Clients from 5.1.5 to 5.3.0

Can I install the TSM software over the old software or do I have to remove it first? Also, is 5.3.0 the latest version or does anyone know of a newer version due to come out soon. I am upgrading 90 plus servers and dont want to upgrade them and find out a newer version will come out in 2 months or something.

My TSM server is Version 5, Release 2, Level 3.0

Any thoughts suggestions or comments greatly appreciated....

Version 5.2 and up will not install on Windows NT. Otherwise OK to upgrade without de-installing old version. 5.3 is the latest to date. Suggest you upgrade server also.
