Upgrade from (AIX) 6.3 to 6.4

Greetings All,
I didn't realize that 6.3.x support ended in December. Can I upgrade from 6.3 to 6.4 or do I have to go directly to 7.x? I cannot seem to locate a 6.3 to 6.4 Update. I get an error when I try to login to Passport Advantage "404" doesn't exist or has been moved...

You should go to the Passport Advantage page: https://www-01.ibm.com/software/passportadvantage/pao_customer.html

At the bottom, there's a link "Need Assistance", follow that if you cannot access it.

BTW, I just signed in with no issues to Passport Advantage using the link I gave you.
