Upgrade from 7.1.6 to 7.1.9 on AIX 7.1.4.4 now can't connect to Operations Center?

I did a successful 7.1.6 to 7.1.9 upgrade but now I can't connect to Operations Center. It was one of the packages it said was installed

4. IBM Tivoli Storage Manager storage agent 7.1.9.20180326_1327
5. IBM Tivoli Storage Manager device driver 7.1.9.20180326_1328
6. IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Operations Center 7.1.9000.20180227_1032
I have the stopserver.sh and startserver.sh reurn 3 times now

My web client cant connect get connection closed
TCp port seems to have changed possibly????

Hello,
if I recall correctly you have to regenerate OC certificate - needs to be SHA256withRSA - the steps are as stated here (except for the certificate cipher)
