[HOWTO] Update from 8.1.9.300 to 8.1.12.200

Hello,
I am planning to update three Servers from TSM 8.1.9 to 8.1.2. There is a known bug that would urge me to drop db2 drop tsmdb1.retsetsti. This bug is fixed in 8.1.12.200, so it should be possible to do a direct update to this version and afterwards update only license from the 8.1.12.000 packet?
