Hi Guys ,
I'm getting multiple errors during backups , i noticed that the errors occur primarily in linux & Snapdiff.
i have checked , and UNICODE is set to YES.
i would appreciate any other suggestions

For the unrecognized characters, check this:

It was the first Google hit when searching ANE4042E.

Surely , i did everything that the first google hit suggested , i would not ask here if i didn't , problem still occure.

Sorry to hear that didn't work. Here's another:

Both appear similar, but there's a lot of steps and I didn't do a full side by side comparison. Maybe there's a small difference that will help you.

As for the searching, I didn't mean to offend you. Some people search, some don't and I have no way to tell. I just like to share how and where I got the info in case it helps.
