Unable to find /opt/tivoli/tsm/client

I recently install TSM server 7.1.x. But i unable to find the client folder.
I check the client software installed or not and below the output.

#rpm -qa TIVsm-BAcit
TIVsm-BAcit-7.1.4-0.x86_64
# rpm -qa TIVsm-APIcit
TIVsm-APIcit-7.1.4-0.x86_64
# rpm -qa TIVsm-API64
TIVsm-API64-7.1.4-0.x86_64

and when i run command to update package, i got below error:

rpm -Uvh TIVsm-API64.x86_64.rpm

but when i try to install any i got conflict error.

file /opt/tivoli/tsm/client/api/bin64/CS_CZ/dsmig.hlp from install of TIVsm-API64-7.1.6-3.x86_64 conflicts with file from package TIVsm-API64-7.1.4-0.x86_64
file /opt/tivoli/tsm/client/api/bin64/DE_DE/dsmig.hlp from install of TIVsm-API64-7.1.6-3.x86_64 conflicts with file from package TIVsm-API64-7.1.4-0.x86_64
file /opt/tivoli/tsm/client/api/bin64/EN_US/dsmig.hlp from install of TIVsm-API64-7.1.6-3.x86_64 conflicts with file from package TIVsm-API64-7.1.4-0.x86_64
file /opt/tivoli/tsm/client/api/bin64/ES_ES/dsmig.hlp from install of TIVsm-API64-7.1.6-3.x86_64 conflicts with file from package TIVsm-API64-7.1.4-0.x86_64

Please let me know what i can do. I am beginner of TSM.

Have you installed TSM Server or TSM client?
rpm -qa |grep TIV
