Two Versions TSM, Two Platforms

There is library sharing, in which one TSM server acts as the limrary master and all other TSM servers are library clients.

There is also virtual volumes which allow one TSM server to use "volumes" on another TSM server.

You could also have one TSM server backup the other TSM server's DB, LOG and DISK volumes (in an offline state)

What are you attempting to do?

Thanx Heada, Let me run with those answers you gave , I'm not exactly sure of what the person is asking at this point. I think they were wondering if you had two instances of TSM , if you could designate one as the Master and the other as slave.
