Is it possible to have 2 separate Datamover nodes accesing the one TSM Server.
We have a situation whereby we currently run vSphere 5.5 VirtualCentre and use a Datamover node to perform VM backups. We have created a new vSphere 6.5 VirtualCentre and are about to start migration of all our VMs to the new vSphere hosts. We need to ensure the VM backups continue and have created a new DataMover node that accesses the vSphere 6.5 VirtualCentre. However it appears that you can only have one VMCLI node active and if you activate VMCLI on one Datamover, it disables the other one. We need to have both Datamover nodes active whilst the migration process takes place.
Anyone else run into this issue?
