TSM Tapes will not unmount/eject, have to manually do it.

From time to time, I have problems where the tapes (volumes) are not being unmounted and ejected. These are tapes that needs to go to the vault. I have to manually eject them (normally 10 to 12 tapes).. here's whet I see in the logs.. any ideas ?.. seems like a hardware problem to me but IBM CE's says otherwise ... :
