HI,
The TSM server was stopped for 1 week, the service was started normally, I am accessing the server console normally,
Accessing the client on some server is with the message: The Server is desabled, have any procedure to do?
 
I'm guessing you are seeing ANR042oW in the activity log and/or ANS1355E on the client side.

If you Google ANR0420W or issue HELP ANR0420W, you will get this info:

Because the server was down for 1 week, you may also get ANR0110E in the activity log. In which case, you find:

Years ago when TSM was down for a period of time you had to run the ACCEPT DATE command. Until the date was accepted the server was in a disabled state. Not sure if that still applies. If you follow Marclant's 3rd link it appears the ACCEPT DATE command is still in effect. I haven't run across it in a long time.
