Hi,
I am having 16 TSM server in my backup environment with version 6.4.3.0 and 1 server with version 5.5.5. We have TSM servers group in firewall in which all 17 servers are added to obtain daily TSM Reports for backup. This reports are coming from the server having version 5.5.5. Everyday at 05:30hrs html reports are coming to my mailbox with help of SMTP server.
Since last 6 days we are getting reports mails delivered to us but when we check the html content it showing blank. No details for node, backup start and end time etc. showing in it. I tried to get the same by refreshing the console observed its going slow and reports even after refresh not showing details.
Kindly guide how can we get the same resolved.
