TSM Log is 100% full

Hi Team,,

I am not able to start the TSM server because the log full to 100%

I extended also but not working.

Please help in this.

still a bit space to extend the log/define additional log.
perhaps following instructions from here:

I already followed this but still the server is failing to come up and getting below error

If you already attempt to increase the recovery log, and the results are still the same.

More than likely you have reach the 13GB recovery log size limit.
Only solution is to restore the database from the most recent backup.
