TSM for VE error backing up VM's

hi all

trying to find the cause of the error below and not having much luck so far.

error is happening on only 2 VM's, so not sure what the cause is. Running TSM for VE 7.1.6.2 , tsm server is 7.1.7.0

tried setting the vmvstortransport to ndb, it worked, but using hotadd issued another error, which i found the cause of - http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21497381
