Hi everyone,
I'm having a hard time with DocAve 5.5.3.1, i can't get my web applications to work after restore completion.
Tried everything, site, subsite, item granularity levels and nothing seems to work out for me. My backups and restores works ok, but my web apps don't work afterwards.
Media manager services are installed on separate machine apaer rt from agent which is installed on sharepoint server which is FEW machine as well.
I'm not familiar with Sharepoint all that much so i have few questions:
- Is there anything i must do within the IIS managment after restore to 'enable' web application i have restored?
- What are the restore prerequisites for the front-end-web servers
- do i HAVE to configure Staging SQL Server within the restore controller settings, if yes, how? I can't connec to my SQL server instance.
