I'm trying to recover a 6.1.5 TSM without volhis.dat and i wonder if this article could help.

I'm afraid you're out of luck. There was a complex procedure that involved manually reading the tape with tape tools converting some EBCDIC or HEX strings to text, in order to manually recreate the volhist. I didn't find the procedure online and since you have been out of support for over 2 years now with 6.1, you wouldn't be able to open a PMR.
