TSM Certification

We are currently on TSM 5.5 but we are moving to TSM 6.2 in the next few months. I am wanting to know what type of training or classes do I need to get ready to take the certification exam? I have been in charge of our TSM for the past 7 years. I also need to know what the name or number is of the exam. Thanks for your help in this matter.
