TSM API

When asked, what's my TSM API version. Is there any different from current server version as " AIX Server Version 7, Release 1, Level 1.110"

If not, how to find it?

Completely different. The API is a component of the Spectrum Protect Client, not Server. Issue this command to see the version of all the components installed:

lslpp -l tivoli.tsm*

had to refresh my AIX command and add | MORE so it doesn't scroll off.
