TSM and Comm Vault

Anyone with Comm Vault experience?

How does it measure against TSM with respect to backup flexibility and enterprise-aware functionality?

I have no idea how Comm Vault works. The company that bought us is looking into Comm Vault as a backup solution.

I have actually heard good things about CommVault but have not used it personally.

Commvault puts on a slick demo. I would get references for large installations. Compare the storage, network, and server requirements to TSM. Compare it to TSM's disk,tape, or whatever media hierarchy. Does full+incremental and synthetic fulls sound familiar?
