TSM 7.1 Client Gui Freezing

I installed TSM Client 7.1. But GUI is freezing on me. TSM Client never load the OPT file and i can't browse client options.

any body experience the same issue?

Is the os supported by the TSM Client 7.1 ?

If its Windows, there may be an issue with the VSS.
