TSM 7.1 - Can't recive Email of OC Reporting

Dear all,

I have enabled Daily Reporting on TSM OC and it can be sent email every. But today i can't recieve the email anymore.

I have checked the Email system and didn't find any queue pending for the account which is using for sending the report.

My current setting as below, please kindly help for a check.

Alert Update Interval (Minutes): 10
Alert to Email: On
Send Alert Summary to Administrators:

Alert SMTP Port: 25
Alert Active Duration (Minutes): 480
Alert Inactive Duration (Minutes): 480
Alert Closed Duration (Minutes): 60

Monitored Servers:
At-Risk Interval for Applications: 48
Skipped files as At-Risk for Applications?: Yes
At-Risk Interval for Virtual Machines: 48

Problem is solved by restart service TSM OC.
