TSM 7.1.5 and Softlayer

Hi

I have configured a cloud container but I am getting an error when trying to access it, the error is

ANR3704E sdcloud.c(1314): Unable to load the jvm for the
cloud storage pool. (SESSION: 2239)

Anyone seen this before ?

Hi,

This error indicates that the server is unable to load (find ?) the required JVM. You may have ton open a PMR.

Yep opened a PMR and there is a requirement to add to the $PATH and to define a JVM variable.
