TSM 7.1.4 backup errors

i am very new in TSM and i have allot of challenges. Please can someone help me in the following errors that are so common on my TSM.
1. ANS1228E
2.ANS4048E

ANS1228E is a generic error for a failed file, it's the other error messages associated give clues to the cause:

ANS4048E is this a typo? A Google search of this message number only returns this post, and the client is not aware of that error message:
