TSM 5.4 license doubt

Hi ,
I have TSM 5.4 extended edition installed in AIX 5.3..I had registered the license file and i am able to take backup and use all my features .I have doubt in the #q lic output ..Below is the output of q lic ...

1.In that i have been licensed for extended edition but it says that it is not in use ...How to enable that or how to check it is enabled ...
2.I have 2 TDP for Orcale installed and configured and used the TDPOCONF command to set the password ..but it is not showing in the q lic o/p..
3.Is there anyway to check for how many clients i have been licensed and how many are free...In previous version we had that feature ...

Licensing has changed between at least 5.2 (where I come from) and 5.4. There does not seem to be a way to count clients in 5.4. I don't believe in free clients BTW, this is IBM we're talking about .. (or did you mean available licenses?)

Extended Edition is needed (at least) when you have a certain number of slots and/or drives, and will be turned on automatically if and when you ever add those (to beyond the threshold), or not when you don't. It may be needed for other capacity requirements, I don't know any offhand though. Check the docs, it'll be in there.

Have you backed up any filespaces with platform TDPO? Should TSM know about those TDP Ora clients?
