TSM 5.2 Web console - frame problem on AIX 5.3-TL10

The TSM server is ver 5.2.6.
After upgrading AIX 5.3 from TL02 to TL10, the Web console stopped working correctly.
It authenticates and loads the page (ex:http://10.0.0.1:1580), but afer that
only the left frame shows UP.(the one with Operation View ... Object View)
It seems to be a problem displaying the right frame.
Direct click on the menu shows nothing.
"Right-clik" the menu and "open to new window" works, but it's killing me ...
The browser (IE7.0, 8.0 and Firefox) is fine, since is
working ok with other TSM 5.2 WEB consoles.
Other components (dsmserv, dsmadmc) work fine.

Check Java version.

Found that problem is related to AIX EFIX IY72930 (AIX 5.3 ML3 or latter)
After applying it, tsm 5.2 web console is faulty
