TSM 431 OR 433 Exam?

Hi Folks,

I wonder which Certification to pick between 431 & 433. I've requirmeent from employer to obtain TSM certification no matter which one. I'll prefer to have the easiest one anyway (to be on safe side).

Which one do you reckon is generally easy, regardless of my expertise.
