To Pass TSM #872 Cerification Exam

There are only two books need to study



Two Redbooks:



ITSM Concept and ITSM implmentation guide.



With some practice.



I have not worked with TSM for 4 month. I studied 4 days to pass this exam.



If I can do it, you can do it. Don't put too much pressure on yourself.

Actually Exam 872 does not change very much. And TSM Concept and TSM implemeation Guide in 4.1 is already very good and fundermental. And then all you need is just some practice after reading these 2 material and also read the update feature of TSM 5.2, yes , that's all you need to a passing score 41 out of 67.



Since then exam on 699 (ie V4.1) retire, I remember i take the exam last year without reviewing the material, i score 62 out of 67, but of course i know most of the update feature.
