Tivoli Integrated Portal - download

Hi
I am failing to find a link for download of Tivoli Integrated Portal (for TSM v 6.2).

I read somewhere that TIP should be included in the TSM package (I have 6.2.5.000-TIV-TSMALL-AIX.bin package), but it is not there.

Via Google I found some fixpacks for TIP but not the base package.

Can you advice where to get it from?
