TDPSQL "out of memory"

Dear All,
TSM server & MS sql server details:-
TSM server :- 5.5 on windows 2003 server with sp2
TDP for sql:- 5.2.14 windows 2003 server with sp2 / MS SQL 2005 & 8 GB of RAM
this MS SQL server have 190 database
Inactive version :- 60 days
when i am trying to restore any one of database from the active version it take only 2 or 5 mins of time to complete the task
but when i am trying for the same database to restore using inactive version its taking 2 hours of time to only display all the inactive version & after that error come "tdpsql out of memory"


yes we are using disk pool & tape pool for the backups
disk pool size :- 300 GB
Tape details :- LTO3
6 Tape drives of LTO3
3584 IBM library
total SQL database backup size is 350 GB

Be more specific on your Point in Time recovery option. If you are bringing over all inactive data - Your data retention policy may have too many versions to bring over - this suggesting that you are also not expiring data as well. Something to research as well.
Rather than bringing it all back - select the day before of the requested date and see hows things behave for you.
