After a successful BA and TDPO rpm update everything seemed to be ok: tdpoconf password, tdpoconf showenv show ok, but the RMAN backup itself failed with: ANS1025E (RC137)

so we had to roll back to the previous versions and with that old version everything went well again.
Any idea what to check? what to try?
