Hi,

We are having an issue with 2 seperate Exchange servers, where the Client Acceptor isnt working properly.

Enviroment Info:
TSM Server:
TSM - 8.1.2.0
OS: Windows Server 2016

Exchange Server:
Exchange 2016 CU6
Windows Server 2016
TSM BA - 8.1.0.0
TDPExchange - 8.1.0.0

Our issue is that after we finish installing TDPExchange (with no error codes in the log, or in the eventviewer), we arent able to query the exchange server running this command: tdpexcc query exchange
The specific error code is:

ACN5229E An error occurred while obtaining VSS information from the following Local DSMAgent Node: 'TSMEXCH01'.
ACN0520E Failed to connect to Local DSMAGENT Node 'TSMEXCH01' at address:port '192.168.60.181:11227'. Verify that the client acceptor is installed, configured, and running properly.

The Client Acceptor is running with a service account, that has Organization Management and local administrative permissions on the server.
Also when telnetting to the dynamic port, we are able to see that the port is open.

The following entries are found:
