tdp4 exchange slow restore

My exchanges restoration are very slow, i think the cause is the storage destination (tsm).
I know it's faster if the backups are local ,i want to test but i don't know what policy applied.

I think test

1 full by base byweekend on tsm
1 Incr by base by week on local

Documentation is poor, how do you do? what do u recommend ?

Performance issue aside, if it makes more sense to do the backup local in your situation, do that.
