TDP VMware permission

As TSM, I want to give VMware access to restore. As VMware admin, they already have their VMware permission. What other permission would I need to give them to do restore via VMware? Opened PMR with IBM and keep insisting me to grant them permission to power off and on. Vmware user already have that access. One thing I hate most is rather than give me full list, they always send me to a link which I'd already been there. I wouldn't open PMR if I understood it.

Currently, here's the role.

TSm restore
VMware configure and turn on server.

So question: What's the minimal permission for user to do restore?
already granted: Data Center and Global. User are only able to view without the restore option.

I'd been there thanks. I just found out that as VMware admin, you have grand rights and should be able to restore without any additional TSM/TDP rights/extension/permission.
